Define the purchased deliverable
Record the exact post, service ID, action and quantity. Reactions, reposts, video views and website visits are different deliverables. The campaign's broader objective does not change the unit stated in the service listing, so keep that specification visible in the report.
Track the conversion path
Use authorized website or campaign analytics to measure visits, forms or inquiries where available. A post counter cannot confirm those events. If tracking is incomplete, describe the limitation instead of assigning all new leads during the campaign to one service.
Compare spending with evidence
Review the actual charge alongside the measured business results, while keeping causal claims proportionate to the available data. A campaign can coincide with inquiries from other channels. Use the report to guide the next decision without converting a count-based purchase into a guaranteed acquisition service.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Delivery | Purchased post action |
| Conversion | Separate website or inquiry event |
| Attribution | Evidence for source relationship |
Worked example
A hypothetical company orders reactions on a webinar post and later receives five registration forms. Both can be reported, but the forms need their own source evidence. A reaction order status alone does not establish that those five registrations were caused by the purchase.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
