Identify the requested metric
State whether the goal concerns reactions on the post, impressions, document interactions or another specified action. These labels describe different measurements. A generic views category is not enough to establish which one is being sold or how the result could be observed.
Check format compatibility
Read the listing's supported target types and ask about document posts if the description is unclear. Supply the publication URL in the format requested by the service, not a private file-management address. Compatibility should be resolved before spending against an ambiguous target.
Choose an evidence method
Use the account owner's available analytics and the panel's order record for the named action. A reaction counter does not prove that the document was opened or read. If the brief requires document engagement, ask what evidence the offer provides for that specific behavior.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Metric | Named action, not generic views |
| Format | Document post accepted |
| Evidence | Matches the purchased action |
Worked example
For illustration, a buyer wants attention to a ten-page company presentation. A post-reaction service would concern reactions, not confirmed reading of all ten pages. The purchasing brief should reflect the offered action rather than describing it as completed document readership.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
