Choose the included Pins
List the Pins that fit the campaign and record their exact references. Do not assume that a board URL instructs the service to distribute activity across every item. The selection rule must come from the offer or a documented target list.
Set the per-Pin quantity
Decide whether the allocation is equal or weighted and apply the service minimum to each supported order. A broad board budget may create invalid small line items if divided too far. Revise the target list or budget with approval rather than changing the distribution silently.
Review completion by item
Attach the resulting order references to the selected Pins. A board-level total can conceal an omitted or incorrect target. Keep each item's observation record available so future campaign decisions can distinguish the content that was actually included from the rest of the board.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Selection | Explicit Pin list |
| Allocation | Approved quantity per Pin |
| Tracking | Item-level order records |
Worked example
For a hypothetical board with 30 Pins, a buyer selects six for a 600-save plan. An equal allocation would be 100 per selected Pin, subject to service rules. The other 24 Pins are outside the purchase unless the scope explicitly includes them.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
