Keep the original evidence
Save the submitted Pin URL, service ID and order status from the panel. If the Pin is already unavailable, retain the purchase history rather than substituting a similar image's link. The original target is what connects the request to its scope and charge.
Ask about the current state
Explain when the target became unavailable and whether the owner plans a replacement. Review the selected service's handling of inaccessible content. Do not assume remaining quantity or refill coverage transfers simply because the new Pin uses the same creative or destination.
Treat a replacement separately
Verify the new Pin's link and accepted format before considering another purchase. Start a distinct observation record for it and confirm the original order's state to avoid overlapping or duplicate spend. A new counter should not be compared with the original Pin's starting count.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Original | Submitted Pin and order ID |
| Status | Unavailable target handling |
| Replacement | Separate eligibility check |
Worked example
A hypothetical creator removes a Pin after correcting an image and publishes a new version. The new image may look nearly identical, but the order history still belongs to the original reference. Contact support with both items before deciding how to proceed.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
