Identify the approved destination
A collaboration can appear in several contributors’ profiles or promotional posts. Ask which upload the campaign should support and record its exact URL. Shared artist credits do not make every copy an interchangeable order target.
Separate ownership from input
The person approving the campaign may not be the displayed uploader, so keep the approval and target identity clearly recorded. Do not invent permission or a relationship between accounts. Clarify authority before commissioning work on behalf of another participant.
Coordinate reporting
Agree where the campaign observations will be collected and who will maintain the record. Avoid two collaborators placing overlapping requests on the same target without coordination. Keep any separate uploads and service orders in distinct lines.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Destination | Approved upload rather than any credited copy |
| Authority | Who approves the campaign |
| Coordination | One clear record of targets and active requests |
Worked example
In an illustrative collaboration, the producer shares a preview while the vocalist hosts the final release. The campaign team confirms the final-release address and assigns one person to maintain the request record before ordering.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
