Do not rely on wording alone
Repeated text such as a short thank-you can appear many times beneath a video. Record the specific comment reference accepted by the service, along with the author and surrounding context. A phrase copied into a notes field may be insufficient.
Verify the selected comment
Open the target using the available reference and confirm it matches the intended comment. Check whether the service accepts top-level comments, replies or both. Do not infer compatibility merely because both appear under the same video.
Keep a recovery record
Save the video URL, comment reference and a dated screenshot before ordering. If the comment disappears or the reference fails, provide those details to support. Avoid choosing another identical-looking comment without first resolving the original request.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Identifier | Accepted reference for the exact comment |
| Context | Author, parent and video |
| Evidence | Dated screenshot before submission |
Worked example
In an illustrative thread, one account writes Thanks twice under different replies. The buyer must distinguish the two references; matching the author and text alone still leaves two possible targets.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
