Understand the input convention
A service may expect separate entries, a particular delimiter or another documented format. Read that instruction before pasting a document. Blank lines, wrapped sentences and numbered bullets can be interpreted differently from the intended set of comments.
Audit each entry
Review the final entries for relevance, duplication and unsupported claims. Keep each intended comment clearly separated in your working copy. Do not assume the panel will remove headings, translate text or infer which lines are instructions rather than deliverables.
Reconcile quantity with text
Check whether the selected quantity must match the number of supplied entries and how unusable entries are handled. If the listing does not explain the relationship, ask before submitting. Keep the exact submitted text to resolve later questions.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Format | Documented separator or entry convention |
| Content | Approved relevant text without instructions mixed in |
| Quantity | Relationship between supplied entries and order units |
Worked example
A hypothetical brief contains ten intended comments plus a heading and two blank lines. Count the actual approved entries and apply the documented input format; do not set quantity from the raw number of lines in the document.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
