Check the metric first
Confirm that the selected service concerns the counter you are observing. Views, likes, comment likes and other actions are not interchangeable. Recheck the exact target as well; a similar title or a shared channel can conceal a wrong-video observation.
Record a consistent timeline
Save the order status and target observation with timestamps rather than repeatedly refreshing without notes. Account for display precision and the reporting surface used. A status label alone should not be treated as a complete explanation of the visible result.
Ask a focused question
Provide the order reference, service ID, submitted URL and comparable screenshots. Explain what changed and what did not, then ask how the status relates to the deliverable. Avoid creating a second order merely to see whether the counter responds.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Action | The metric actually purchased |
| Target | Exact video or comment reference |
| Timeline | Status and observation times |
Worked example
If a hypothetical comment-like order changes status while the video-like count stays unchanged, the buyer is observing a different action. First inspect the intended comment rather than reporting the video counter as missing delivery.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
