Capture the previous basis
Use the service ID and saved purchase-time description to understand the earlier order. A familiar name does not guarantee unchanged conditions. Keep prior results associated with the terms that applied when that request was submitted.
Compare the material details
Review current accepted formats, quantity limits, timing descriptions and coverage. Check the present charge for your intended quantity. A change in one condition can make the new request different even when the service ID remains recognizable.
Make a fresh decision
If a change affects the campaign, ask for clarification before reordering. Do not rely on an old support answer that addressed a different description. Keep the new terms with the new order so future comparisons remain accurate.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Old terms | What applied to the previous request |
| Current terms | Material differences in the present listing |
| Decision | Compatibility confirmed for the new target |
Worked example
A buyer previously used an option that explicitly accepted a particular format. Before a repeat request, the current description no longer mentions it. Ask about compatibility rather than treating the earlier successful order as permanent acceptance.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
