Prepare before publication
You can prepare the brief, budget and desired action before the video becomes available. Keep the final target address provisional until it opens as expected. A scheduled publishing time is not evidence that a service accepts advance orders.
Define the start trigger
Ask whether processing starts at submission, content availability or a separately agreed time. If the offer has no scheduling function, do not treat a note in the order field as an appointment. Establish how a missed publication time affects the request.
Recheck after changes
Upload delays, title changes and a replacement upload can alter the brief without altering the intended campaign. Validate the actual target immediately before submission. Record time zones in the plan so the publication window and any service window refer to the same clock.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Publication | Confirmed availability of the final upload |
| Trigger | The event that begins processing |
| Time zone | One explicit zone for every scheduled time |
Worked example
For an illustrative 18:00 launch, prepare the quantity earlier but verify the final video at publication. If the launch moves to 20:00, update the plan before submitting rather than assuming processing will pause automatically.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
