Check the existing request first
Read the current status, submitted quantity and any stated restriction on concurrent orders. The second offer may use the same public counter to assess progress. Two active requests can make it difficult to identify each request’s starting point and delivered scope.
Separate reasons for reordering
A desire for a larger total is different from a concern that an order has stalled. For a stalled order, request a status explanation before adding another service. For a larger campaign, ask whether an additional request is allowed and how it should be timed.
Keep the records distinct
If separate requests are permitted, keep their references, quantities and observation windows separately. Do not merge them into a single screenshot-only record. A clear sequence supports later questions about partial completion, cancellation or a disputed remaining quantity.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Restriction | Whether overlapping orders are accepted |
| Purpose | Expansion or investigation of a stalled request |
| Evidence | Separate references and observation windows |
Worked example
Imagine 600 views are pending on a video and a buyer wants another 400. Waiting for the first request’s resolution provides a clearer baseline than submitting both and later attributing the same 300-count increase twice.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
