Translate publishing into orders
Estimate how many eligible publications the campaign will produce and what quantity can be requested for each. Include a realistic maximum rather than calculating only from the quietest week in the editorial calendar.
Confirm the charging rules
Read how quantity ranges, detected posts and available balance affect billing. Do not assume that the service has a hard spending cap or automatically pauses at a campaign budget unless the actual controls confirm it.
Assign monitoring responsibility
Choose who will review charges and approve extensions. If the campaign ends, verify the documented stopping process and its effective time rather than relying on an informal instruction to stop publishing new content.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Volume | Maximum intended eligible posts |
| Cost | Quantity range and current rate |
| Control | Confirmed pause or limit behavior |
Worked example
Hypothetically, ten eligible posts with up to 200 units each create a planning ceiling of 2,000 requested units before any listed fees. Convert that quantity with the actual rate. The calculation estimates exposure; it does not prove the panel enforces that budget automatically.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
