Define the campaign inventory
List the Reel URLs, intended action and priority for each video. Separate a launch announcement from an evergreen tutorial because their useful ordering windows can differ even when their service labels match.
Allocate money before quantities
Choose an equal-spend or priority-weighted allocation, then convert each allocation using the applicable service rate. Equal money does not mean equal quantities when different actions or service options have different prices.
Retain an uncommitted balance
Keep a reserve for approved changes instead of spending the whole budget immediately. Recalculate after a rate change and avoid treating a failed or canceled order as reusable credit until the account ledger confirms it.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Inventory | Exact Reel and purchased metric |
| Allocation | Equal spend or documented priority |
| Reserve | Available account credit after adjustments |
Worked example
Hypothetically, a $30 budget could allocate $12 to a launch Reel, $8 to a demonstration and $5 to a reminder, leaving $5 uncommitted. Calculate quantities separately from current listed rates; these are planning amounts, not advertised prices.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
