Choose the allocation method
Decide whether quantities are equal or weighted toward particular videos. Record the reason for any priority so the ordering operator does not make an undocumented creative decision while entering the requests.
Check per-video constraints
Compare each proposed quantity with the selected listing's minimum and maximum. If a split is not supported, revise it with approval rather than changing the total or combining incompatible targets in one input field.
Track the individual requests
Keep each video's URL, approved quantity, actual charge and order ID together. This lets a campaign summary remain accurate even when one order is delayed, adjusted or handled differently from the others.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Allocation | Approved per-video quantities |
| Constraints | Limits for each selected listing |
| Tracking | Separate target and order reference |
Worked example
Hypothetically, a 3,000-view plan allocates 1,500 to a launch video, 1,000 to a demonstration and 500 to a reminder. The buyer checks all three limits and submits separate requests; entering 3,000 against the launch URL would be a different purchase.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
