TikTok Partial Orders: Reconcile the Final Charge

A partial status requires a careful reading of both the service record and the account ledger. The buyer should not estimate reusable funds from an unfinished quantity without checking the finalized charge.

Preserve the original request

Keep the requested quantity, service ID and initial charge with the order reference. This baseline makes later adjustments understandable and prevents the current displayed amount from replacing the original campaign specification.

Check finalized financial entries

Review the final charge and any actual credit recorded in the balance history. A remaining quantity can inform the investigation, but it is not itself a confirmed refund or available purchasing balance.

Plan the remainder carefully

Confirm the old request is resolved before ordering more against the same video. A replacement listing may have a different rate or minimum, so calculate the new request independently and obtain any required budget approval.

Worked example

Hypothetically, a 2,000-unit request later records 300 remaining. The buyer checks the final charge and balance adjustment before deciding what can be reordered. The 300-unit remainder is not assumed to represent spendable credit at the price of a different service.

Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
