Plan at episode level
List each episode, expected release window and intended action separately. A series-wide goal is useful for budgeting but insufficient for individual orders. Confirm the actual target only when the episode is available in the state accepted by the selected service.
Avoid automatic assumptions
Do not assume that an order on the first episode covers later uploads or that recurring work is included. If a listing describes a recurring arrangement, read its trigger and limits. Otherwise treat each episode as a separate decision and request.
Review between releases
Use the experience from early episodes to adjust the later plan without altering completed records. Keep unused budget visible. An episode delay, changed format or revised objective may justify pausing rather than repeating the previous order mechanically.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Episode | Separate target and intended action |
| Trigger | When each request is eligible to start |
| Review | Adjustments after earlier releases |
Worked example
For an illustrative three-part series, prepare a budget for all parts but submit only the compatible first target. If part two changes from a long video to a Short, review the service choice before the next request.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
