Confirm account and content together
Open the submitted URL and check both the publishing account and the intended video. If a client sends a screenshot, ask for the actual link rather than selecting a visually similar repost yourself.
Treat replacements as new targets
A newly published version should not be assumed to inherit an order attached to an earlier URL. Ask support whether any change is possible before replacing identifiers or submitting another paid request.
Keep attribution precise
Label reports with the specific post URL and publication version. Aggregating several copies of the same creative can hide where quantities were ordered and make a delivery discrepancy difficult to investigate later.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Identity | Publisher and video both match |
| Version | Original URL versus replacement URL |
| Record | Order reference assigned to each post |
Worked example
A hypothetical campaign republishes a Reel after correcting its caption. The old and new post links are recorded separately. Before ordering for the replacement, the buyer checks the original order status instead of assuming its remaining quantity will transfer.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
